Kombucha
I'm a sucker for complex drinks. By "complex" I mean I love anything with layered, unexpected flavor profiles. Plain orange juice, for instance, rarely does it for me but add sparkling water and a shot of espresso, and now you've got my attention.
My latest obsession along these lines: kombucha. I've been working my way through more varieties than I probably should admit. Here are a few I've tried.
