Hi, I am Mayank! I am software engineer based out of Bangalore, India. I am generally interested in backend systems, developer tooling, automation, and early-stage (0→1) software products. Outside of work, I enjoy brewing coffee, cooking, running and hiking.
Work
I currently work at Hiver, where I joined as the founding engineer for Hiver for Outlook. Since launch, we’ve scaled it from $0 to $270K ARR (as of September 2025), and are now driving its second phase of growth. Before that, I spent time at HackerRank, contributing across the Data Engineering, Hexagon, and Labs teams. Back in college, I was a Google Summer of Code student with Creative Commons, contributing to open source projects.
